A waterdrop® is a small, sugar-free cube that adds delicious fruit and plant extracts to your water. Simply drop it into 15-20 oz of still or sparkling water, let it dissolve, and enjoy a refreshing beverage enriched with vitamins.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.
Are your products suitable for diabetics or those on a keto diet?
Yes. Our Microdrinks are completely sugar-free and contain minimal calories and carbohydrates, making them suitable for most dietary restrictions, including keto and diabetic lifestyles.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened.
Do the cubes contain caffeine?
Most of our flavors are caffeine-free. However, specific blends like SHIRO or NERO contain natural caffeine from sources like green tea or kola nut. Please check the individual product descriptions for specific ingredient details.
